Privacy Policy

Last Updated: October 22, 2026

1. Introduction

BigA.tools ("we", "our", or "us") publishes the MockFlow Chrome extension ("MockFlow" or "the extension") and operates the BigA.tools website. This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected, how it is used, and who it is shared with when you use MockFlow or this website.

2. Your Rules and Network Traffic Stay on Your Device

Local processing: MockFlow runs inside your browser's Chrome DevTools panel. Your mock rules (URL patterns, status codes, response headers, response bodies, and delays) and profiles are stored only in your browser's local extension storage (chrome.storage.local). They are not synced to your Google account and are never sent to us or anyone else. Uninstalling the extension deletes them.

No content logging: We do not collect, track, transmit, or store any of the network traffic, URLs, API endpoints, request or response headers, payloads, or webpage content that MockFlow intercepts or that you inspect with it. MockFlow contains no analytics or tracking code.

3. Purchases and License Keys

MockFlow is free to use. Paid features (the Founder Pass) are sold through Lemon Squeezy, which acts as our Merchant of Record: Lemon Squeezy is the seller of record for your purchase and handles checkout, payment processing, sales tax/VAT, receipts, and refunds.

  • At checkout: Lemon Squeezy collects your name, email address, billing address, and payment details on its own checkout page, under Lemon Squeezy's privacy policy. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy's payment partners, such as Stripe. We never receive or store your card or bank details.
  • What we receive: Lemon Squeezy shares your order details with us: your name, email address, the product purchased, and your license key.
  • In the extension: When you activate a license key, and each time your browser starts, MockFlow sends the license key, an activation identifier, and the label "MockFlow (Chrome)" to Lemon Squeezy's license API to confirm the key is valid. The license key, activation identifier, and your purchase email are stored in your browser's local extension storage. No rule or traffic data is ever included.

4. Website Visits

The BigA.tools website does not use cookies or analytics. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type, requested page, and referring site) for security and reliability.

5. How We Use Information

We use purchase and license information only to:

  • Verify your license and unlock paid features in the extension.
  • Provide customer support and handle refund requests.
  • Send essential notices about your license or the security of the extension.

The use of information received from Chrome extension APIs adheres to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

6. Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising. It is shared only with Lemon Squeezy (and its payment processors) to sell and verify licenses, or when required by law.

7. Retention and Deletion

Order records are kept as long as needed to provide your license and to meet tax and accounting obligations. You can ask us to delete your personal information at any time by emailing us; we will respond within 30 days and ask Lemon Squeezy to delete what it holds, except records it must keep by law. To remove everything MockFlow stores on your device, uninstall the extension.

8. Children

MockFlow and this website are tools for software developers and are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Changes to This Policy

If we change this policy, we will update the "Last Updated" date above. If a change affects how your information is used, we will post a notice on this website before it takes effect.
